Hello and welcome to Division-by-Zero website.

Division-by-Zero is a small (but deadly efficient) team of geek... generally bright programmers from Poland, who enjoy spending their leasuire time developing new technologies :)

You will find here a few interesting projects of ours, related to (but not only) column-oriented, distributed database modeled after Google's BigTable called HBase.

In short the projects are:

JABASE - highly scalable solution for building instant messaging server clusters using distributed HBase database and ejabberd XMPP server.
